Job Overview:

The Area Sales Lead is a critical role that requires a unique blend of sales, operational, and leadership skills. As a key member of our Pro Select Consulting team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing operational costs, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple stores in your assigned territory.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage operational costs and ensure stores operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

  • Innovation: Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Management, B Com (or similar preferable).
  • Work Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Retail Area Management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive sales growth and manage operational costs.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex business issues.
