About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Conveyancing Manager to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. As a key member of our Property Operations team, you will be responsible for leading our Estate Management functions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Financial Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
    • Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
  • Contract Review & Case Management:
    • Review and allocate new Estate matters efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Escalate any problematic cases to the Directors for prompt attention.
  • Process & Workflow Management:
    • Supervise team members, ensuring completion of tasks accurately and within timeframes.
    • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining effective communication.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in estate management or a similar leadership role.
    • Proven track record of business growth and financial management.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills:
    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Development:
    • A strategic mindset with expertise in business growth and development.
    • A strong business acumen with a drive for expansion.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • In-depth knowledge of estate management systems and tools.
    • Market research expertise to support business development.
  • Qualifications:
    • A qualified Conveyancing Attorney with relevant legal qualifications.

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately R900,000 - R1,300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
