To be successful, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • A Matric certificate as a minimum requirement.
  • A Professional Cookery certificate will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a hotel setting will be beneficial.
