Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Growth: Consistently deliver and exceed on allocated sales targets, develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisers, and identify new potential Financial Advisers and opportunities for business growth.
  • Technical Training and Support: Provide technical training and ongoing product support to Financial Advisers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Sales Process Facilitation: Facilitate the sales process to ensure that Financial Advisers are going through the correct channels, and participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Profitability and Competitor Analysis: Build and sustain profitability in their business, keep up to date with competitor product and service offerings, and make recommendations to management where necessary.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review New Business Pipeline, follow up and tracking to ensure conversion, and provide weekly analysis and reporting on deliverables and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years life insurance experience, minimum 2 years experience as a Broker Consultant, and previous sales experience with a sound knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Qualifications: An insurance qualification is essential (RE1, RE5, Certificate in Financial Planning, Diploma in Wealth Planning, CFP or similar).
