Business Development Consultant

At TalentCru, we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Consultant to drive sales growth and expand our national footprint. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a call cycle to meet with clients, outlets, and stores, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet outlined sales targets for new business and grow national footprint
  • Represent the brand in a professional manner
  • Be consistently alert for new business and obtain new leads regularly
  • Implement a high-touch key account methodology to delight clients
  • Regular and consistent meetings with new and existing clients
  • Ensure demand for stock can be met by managing orders
  • Complete sales reports and provide sales forecasts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Sales Rep
  • Must have reliable car and able to travel to and from clients
  • Sound Key Account Management Methodology understanding
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
