Business Development Specialist

At TalentCru, we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Consultant to drive sales growth and expand our national footprint. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a call cycle to meet with clients, outlets, and stores, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet outlined sales targets for new business and grow national footprint
- Represent the brand in a professional manner
- Be consistently alert for new business and obtain new leads regularly
- Implement a high-touch key account methodology to delight clients
- Regular and consistent meetings with new and existing clients
- Ensure demand for stock can be met by managing orders
- Complete sales reports and provide sales forecasts
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as a Sales Rep
- Must have reliable car and able to travel to and from clients
- Sound Key Account Management Methodology understanding
- Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
