Job Description:

CIT Claims Administrator is responsible for registering and processing CIT claims on ICBM. They receive CIT investigation dockets, communicate with branches to address claim queries, process and update claims on the ICBM system, close claim files, file documents, and distribute weekly reports.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Matric Certificate or relevant post-Matric qualifications
  • Claims and insurance experience advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential
  • Accuracy and methodical working methods required
  • Liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
  • Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently
