Claims Administrator for CIT

The CIT ATM Claims Administrator position is vacant at our office, reporting to the CIT Claims Manager. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and process CIT claims on the ICBM system.
- Manage receipt of CIT investigation dockets.
- Maintain constant communication with branches to address claim queries or problems.
- Process, capture, and update CIT claims on the ICBM system.
- Closing of CIT claim files on ICBM.
- Filing of all documents in the CIT claim files.
- Forward correspondence to branches requesting outstanding documents and information.
- Distribution of weekly CIT claims report.
- Assist management with duties as requested.
- Resolve client and branch queries relating to the department.
- Perform general office duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric Certificate and/or relevant post-Matric qualifications.
- Claims and insurance experience would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint is essential.
- A high level of accuracy and methodical working methods are required.
- Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in the security environment would be an advantage.
