Job Description

The CIT ATM Claims Administrator position is vacant at our office, reporting to the CIT Claims Manager. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and process CIT claims on the ICBM system.
  • Manage receipt of CIT investigation dockets.
  • Maintain constant communication with branches to address claim queries or problems.
  • Process, capture, and update CIT claims on the ICBM system.
  • Closing of CIT claim files on ICBM.
  • Filing of all documents in the CIT claim files.
  • Forward correspondence to branches requesting outstanding documents and information.
  • Distribution of weekly CIT claims report.
  • Assist management with duties as requested.
  • Resolve client and branch queries relating to the department.
  • Perform general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric Certificate and/or relevant post-Matric qualifications.
  • Claims and insurance experience would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint is essential.
  • A high level of accuracy and methodical working methods are required.
  • Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the security environment would be an advantage.
