Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Business Centre and its manager;
- Performing routine compliance tasks, such as physical security of premises and bank assets, maintenance of premises and physical infrastructure;
- Coordinating and managing corporate events and projects;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports;
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field;
- At least 3 years experience as an Administrator or Personal Assistant;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
