Skills & Abilities :
- Product Knowledge : Extensive knowledge of earthmoving machinery and related products.
- Sales & Negotiation : Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and closing sales.
- Mathematical & Financial Skills : Solid understanding of pricing, estimates, and basic financial concepts related to sales.
- CRM & MS Office Proficiency : Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software packages.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both in cold calling and general customer liaison.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to anticipate customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions effectively.
- Technical Aptitude : Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Marketing & Business Development : Proactive marketing capacity and the ability to initiate and develop new business opportunities.
- Decision-Making : Sound judgment in making quick and effective decisions.
