Job Description:

This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the effective execution of lead generation and qualification. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and refine sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and conversion to maximize sales performance.
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, particularly in a sales-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes.
  • Experience in creating and managing automated workflows and sales pipelines.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Additional Job Details: This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The work schedule is 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (US PST), and all interviews are conducted virtually.
