Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist and Operations Leader to join our team at Staff Domain Inc. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, particularly in a sales-focused role. They will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and conversion to maximize sales performance.
  • Customer Success: Ensure effective communication of team sales strategies, goals, and initiatives, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Team Performance Management: Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, particularly in a sales-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes.
  • Experience in creating and managing automated workflows and sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
