Culinary Business Manager

West Coast Group is seeking a results-driven Culinary Business Manager to lead our Cape Town restaurant to new heights. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
About Us:
West Coast Group is a collective of 23 restaurants across three brands: Cape Town Fish Market, Kapstadt Brauhaus, and Happy Folks. We operate both nationally and internationally, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Manage restaurant operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and staff management
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure employee engagement and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of success in managing P&L, improving profitability, and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
