We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at EQ Plus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for adhering to our shared values and service standards in the design of customer service solutions and in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain sound relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to prevent problems from arising in the future, driving continuous improvement as an important element of service delivery.
  • Take accountability for ensuring that the outcomes of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are central to customer service business processes and systems.
Business Process

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate stakeholders are involved in the elicitation of business requirements. This includes obtaining needed information from stakeholders, capturing, validating, and managing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize requirements effectively based on factors including business, system, and time constraints.
  • Ensure that requirements and models meet the quality standards.
  • Validate that the requirements encapsulate the business needs.
  • Manage and monitor delivery of own/team analysis outputs, providing timely reporting of risks and issues that impact own progress.
  • Manage expectations with relevant stakeholders regarding own/team delivery of analysis outputs.
  • Implement business processes according to benchmarks and the Shared Values.
  • Analyze the internal service delivery processes and come up with innovative ideas and/or participate in working groups to improve and streamline processes, increase revenue, drive efficiencies, and minimize redundancy and waste.
Teamwork

We are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst who can demonstrate leadership that builds team cohesion.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical or business field.
Preferred Qualification

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A relevant Honours degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical or business field.
  • Relevant professional certification and/or membership of relevant professional body is desirable (e.g., IIBA).
Experience

We are seeking a Business Solutions Analyst with:

  • 6 to 9 years of experience solving business and technology problems through analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions within a project environment.
  • Experience in delivering business analysis on medium to large projects.
  • Knowledge of the Leasing business.
