Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with External Customers to understand their software solutions needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT Digital Software Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Design and implement software solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing of software solutions to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with the IT Digital software Technical Architect and Software Functional/Product Owner to review and sign-off on ASD documents.
  • Develop and present business training to clients on new software features and functionality.
  • Travel to External Companies' premises as needed to provide support and training.
Requirements:
  • 3-7+ years of experience as an IT Digital Software Business Analyst in the Life Insurance Industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira and software testing.
  • Matric certificate and Business Analyst certificate.
  • IT Software Diploma and strong mathematical and algebra skills.
  • Own transport and driver's license.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of R 45 000 – R 55 000 per Month full cost to company and a dynamic work environment.
