Job Title: IT Software Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Software Business Analyst to join our team at Diverse Consulting Solutions. As an IT Software Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with External Customers to understand their software solutions needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners, to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with External Customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing of software solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the company.
Requirements:
  • 3-7+ years of experience as an IT Digital Software Business Analyst, with a strong background in the Life Insurance Industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and External Customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira and other project management tools.
