Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with External Customers to understand their software solutions needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Department- Team Testers, Software Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
  • Collaborate with IT software Developers to design, develop, and implement new software solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and design of new software setups, ensuring they meet the business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to IT software Developers on new features and functionality.
  • Take ownership of configuration and review and sign-off of ASD (Architectural Specification Document) with the IT Digital software Technical Architect and Software Functional/Product Owner.
  • Create IT Software Solution Design documents for identified gaps in current Life Insurance offering.
  • Present business/ Life Insurance training (Train the Trainer) to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate and strong mathematical and algebra skills.
  • Business Analyst certificate and IT Software Diploma.
  • 3-7+ years of working experience as an IT Digital Software Business Analyst in the Life Insurance Industry.
  • Strong full SDLC working experience.
  • Agile and Jira experience.
  • Experience in doing Business Test Cases Scenario's, User Stories, Scripts, Sprints, and Retrospective.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of R 45 000 – R 55 000 per Month full cost to company.
