Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Rakkgalakane Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level confidential support to our Managing Director and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Administration: Placing advertisements on ATS and job portals, typing CVs, and managing databases and filing systems.
- Administrative Support: Managing the MD's diary, organizing meetings and appointments, and providing professional customer service in the front office.
- Reporting and Presentations: Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Recruitment Agency environment
- Experience in ATS (Dittohire or Placement Partner)
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Valid Driver's License and own transport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
