About the Job

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ELECTRUM's customers, working with software developers, project managers, and architects to resolve production and support issues according to ELECTRUM's standards.

You will apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve complex payments software problems. You will work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, 3-5 years of support experience/systems engineering experience, and strong Linux administration skills. Experience with AWS, Java code, and customer support is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to ELECTRUM's customers
  • Work with software developers, project managers, and architects to resolve production and support issues according to ELECTRUM's standards
  • Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve complex payments software problems
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and technologies
  • Implement and abide by ELECTRUM's security measures
  • Mentor junior and intermediate support engineers
