Job Description

The SFI Group Ltd is seeking a skilled freelance Moodle Specialist & Administrator to help resolve technical issues with our Learning Management System (LMS).

About the Role:
We require a professional who can diagnose and resolve current Moodle system issues, set up and configure Moodle for optimal performance, test system functionality, and ensure smooth operation. Additionally, we need someone to provide administrative support, including upgrades, version updates, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve current Moodle system issues

  • Provide administrative support, including upgrades, version updates, and maintenance

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience with Moodle setup, troubleshooting, and administration. Strong knowledge and skills in setting up multiple instances of the LAMP stack are also essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of LMS systems, plugins, and integrations is required. You should be able to diagnose and fix database or user account display issues, and have experience in upgrading and maintaining Moodle versions.
