Job Description

The Office Manager & HR Lead is a critical role that will drive company operations, HR functions, and select marketing initiatives. This position will manage office systems, support recruitment and HR processes, and assist with sales and marketing tasks in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage office systems, support recruitment and HR processes, and assist with sales and marketing tasks.
  2. Oversee office management and administrative tasks ensuring smooth company operations.
  3. Support company operations by organizing office procedures, handling correspondence, and managing filing systems.
  4. Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data and assist with sales support tasks such as email outreach and scheduling meetings.
  5. Coordinate company events including internal team gatherings, trade shows, and conferences.
  6. Handle internal and external communications including calls, messages, and inquiries.
  7. Assist with select marketing tasks supporting the Executive Team as needed.
  8. Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices to improve internal processes.
Requirements
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in office management, HR, or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll, and CRM (HubSpot).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  6. Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
  7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  8. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
