Human Resource Director

BizApt Solutions is a professional search and selection partner that specializes in aligning client talent acquisition and HR strategies with their core business strategy.
To support our clients, we utilize a structured delivery process that minimizes their "Risk of Hiring" to the greatest extent possible.
The role you will be undertaking involves:
- Talent Acquisition, where you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, obtaining necessary approvals, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop job descriptions and outlines for the hiring process.
- Compensation and benefits administration, where you will be responsible for coordinating with the Corporate HR Team to finalize compensation and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Employee relations, where you will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Statutory compliance, where you will be responsible for managing labor-related statutory compliance and other regulations.
- Payroll processing, where you will be responsible for coordinating and sharing inputs for payroll processing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 6 years of experience, including a similar role within the industrial and utilities sector.
- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
- Experience in building partnerships and advising multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Sound business acumen and a thorough understanding of business fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
