Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our global brand strategy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute global brand strategies for target markets, aligning brand positioning with customer journeys for a consistent experience.
  • Product Marketing: Create go-to-market strategies tailored to new markets and customer segments, develop product marketing strategies for different customer journey stages, and communicate product value propositions effectively across markets.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Oversee marketing campaigns to maximize visibility in expansion regions, collaborate with teams to address customer pain points, and lead digital and promotional campaigns for specific products.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate Degree: Post Graduate Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Leadership Experience: 8 years' progressive experience in marketing roles within the financial/fintech industry, including 5 years' strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Market Expansion: 5 years' proven experience in market expansion strategies, including entering new regions and international markets.
  • Fintech Expertise: In-depth understanding of the fintech industry, financial services, and digital banking, including experience in marketing fintech products.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Budget Planning: Proficiency in budget planning and allocation, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with a track record of measuring marketing performance and optimizing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing: Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media and online content marketing.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
