The Seda Service Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of small enterprises across South Africa. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with business advisors to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with local communities and promote Seda's services.
- Utilize basic tools to analyze client data and inform business decisions, providing expert guidance to support client growth.
- Screen clients for further assistance and refer them to relevant Seda employees or partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and growth.
- Coordinate branch events and activities in collaboration with business advisors to drive engagement and awareness.
- Disseminate information to stakeholders and promote Seda's services at all levels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely responses to queries and concerns.
Requirements
- Matured and completed Matric (NQF Level 4), National Diploma (NQF Level 6), or Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Production Management, or Business Management.
- No prior work experience is required, but a passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to make a meaningful impact are essential.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and exhibit a strong understanding of governance issues affecting Seda operations.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to various locations as needed.
