Job Summary

The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) is seeking a highly skilled Ecosystem Outreach Partner to join our team. As an EOC, you will play a critical role in establishing a national SMME service delivery network that reaches all communities and ensures geographical equity.

You will be responsible for providing business information, counseling, and advice to small enterprises. You will also assess and refer district branches, manage assessment plans, and capture data on small enterprises. Additionally, you will assist SMMEs and Cooperatives with TREP applications and Business Plans to apply for Sefa funding.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to support SMMEs.
  2. Provide training and capacity building programs for SMMEs and Cooperatives.
  3. Assist SMMEs and Cooperatives with TREP applications and Business Plans.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the SMME service delivery network.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure geographical equity.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in small enterprise development.
  • Proven track record of working with SMMEs and Cooperatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
