Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, install, test, and operate assigned infrastructure at client sites.
  • Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
  • Analyse, assign, and escalate support calls to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Investigate third-line support calls, identify root causes, and report issues to 3rd party vendors as necessary.
  • Provide onsite technical support to clients and conduct field engineering services.
  • Conduct monthly random reviews of incidents and service requests, analyse, and recommend quality improvements.
  • Provide continuous feedback to clients and affected parties, updating all systems and/or portals as prescribed by NTT.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • Up-to-date and relevant ITIL certification.
  • Solid experience in engineering functions within a medium to large ICT organisation.
  • Experience with both Cisco ACI and ISE deployments.
  • Excellent working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Excellent experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties.
