Main Responsibilities
  • Capturing of purchase orders
  • Invoicing and credit note management
  • Daily client interactions
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager
  • Managing new customer accounts
  • Overseeing general office administration tasks
  • Banking and financial management
  • Filing systems maintenance
  • Report preparation
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Matric certificate and a minimum of 5 years' experience in office administration
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Pastel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • A valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Proven experience in supporting sales teams and interacting with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
