Administrative Officer: Western Cape Office

The Western Cape Government is seeking an Administrative Officer to join the Western Cape Office team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Ombudsman, including managing documents, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- a degree or diploma in administration or related field;
- at least 2 years experience in an administrative role;
- excellent organizational and communication skills.
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Ombudsman and contributing to the effective administration of the department. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior officials, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution to the department's success.
The remuneration package for this position includes a salary range of R 308 154 - R 362 994 per annum (Salary level 7), plus service benefits such as medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc.
