Payroll Administrator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator Specialist to join our team at PMG Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Estimated Salary: R 80,000 - R 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Employee Data: Accurately record and update employee information, including personal details, leave balances, and benefit enrollments.
- Process Payroll: Prepare and submit payroll reports, process payments, and ensure timely delivery of payslips to employees.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing legislation and regulatory requirements, and implement processes to maintain compliance.
- Implement and Maintain Payroll Systems: Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, time-off schedules, and benefits.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
