About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Payroll Operations Manager to join our team at PMG Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll function.

Responsibilities include managing employee data, processing payroll, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. If you have experience in payroll administration and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary: R 90,000 - R 140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Employee Data: Accurately record and update employee information, including personal details, leave balances, and benefit enrollments.
  • Process Payroll: Prepare and submit payroll reports, process payments, and ensure timely delivery of payslips to employees.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing legislation and regulatory requirements, and implement processes to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and Maintain Payroll Systems: Design and implement efficient payroll processes, and develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, time-off schedules, and benefits.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of payroll software.
