Edge Executive Search is seeking a skilled Transformation and Payroll Director to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing company-wide transformation initiatives and managing payroll administration.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in BBBEE/Transformation and payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statutory requirements, including employment equity and workplace skills plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee company-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with BBBEE Scorecard requirements and implementation of learnership programs.
  • Manage payroll administration, including collation of payroll information, production of reports and journals, and submission of accurate and timeous monthly statutory contributions.
  • Reconcile payroll-related General Ledger accounts and prepare payroll-related reports for managers.
  • Coordinate workers' compensation, employment equity, and workplace skills plan management.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in BBBEE/Transformation and payroll management.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful transformation initiatives and managing complex payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
