Job Title: Sales Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to join our team at CallForce in Johannesburg. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering training that enhances the skills and knowledge of our sales agents, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate training sessions in accordance with client curriculum requirements, ensuring that our sales agents receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Transfer skills and knowledge to different campaigns and accounts, catering to various industries and client needs.
  • Conduct training needs identification and report findings to ensure that our training programs are aligned with client requirements.
  • Attend quality calibration sessions to ensure that our training meets the highest standards, with a variance of less than 5%.
  • Take calls for a minimum of 4 hours each month to stay connected with our clients and understand their needs.
  • Attend training-the-trainer (TTT) sessions with clients or master trainers to ensure that our training programs are up-to-date and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry updates and relevant knowledge to enhance our training programs.
  • Communicate with the team on knowledge and skill updates for relevant campaigns, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate with the OPS manager to ensure a smooth transition of agents from training to incubation, meeting client expectations.
  • Coach trainees on observed knowledge and skill gaps, providing personalized support to ensure their success.
  • Manage attrition within training groups through regular one-on-one sessions, ensuring that our agents feel supported and valued.
  • Review training content and suggest new ways of delivery to improve effectiveness, ensuring that our training programs are engaging and impactful.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to training, meeting set timelines and ensuring that our training programs are well-organized.
  • Continuously monitor process and knowledge updates, suggesting changes to training content and delivery to ensure that our programs remain relevant and effective.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Learning and Development Sales Trainer.
  • Experience within the BPO sector, with a strong understanding of sales processes and client needs.
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound sales, with a proven track record of success.
