Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving growth through the development of strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded;
- Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients;
- Handle client queries, quotations, and Proof of Deliveries (PODs) in a timely and efficient manner;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences;
- Support account managers in resolving payment issues;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in logistics sales or a related field;
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle;
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
