The Personal Assistant: Fleet Services role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Director: Fleet Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial/receptionist support services, rendering administrative support services, providing support to the Director regarding meetings, and supporting the Director with the administration of the Director's responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification) plus an accredited secretarial diploma and/or administrative qualification on the level of NQF level 5 or relevant higher tertiary qualification, with a minimum of 3 years experience in rendering a support service to management/senior management.
Responsibilities
- Provides secretarial/receptionist support services to the Director.
- Renders administrative support services.
- Supports the Director regarding meetings.
- Supports the Director with the administration of the Director's responsibilities.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, client liaison and networking skills, report writing skills, research skills, problem solving skills, good telephone etiquette, high level of reliability, ability to communicate well with people at different levels and from different backgrounds, ability to act with tact and discretion, ability to do research and analyze documents and situations, good grooming and presentation, self-management and motivation.
Remuneration and Benefits
The remuneration for this position is R308,154 per annum (Salary level 7). Service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
