Executive Culinary Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team at The Legends Agency. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional to take their career to the next level and work alongside our Executive Chef to create unforgettable dining experiences.
In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and presentation. You will be responsible for driving menu innovation, supervising junior staff, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory, and training your team to uphold our high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise junior staff and ensure effective workflow
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance customer experience
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- Train and mentor junior staff members
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel
- Familiarity with hotel kitchen operations
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
