About the RoleThis role is ideal for a highly motivated and flexible individual who is fluent in both English and German languages. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in a customer relations department. You will also work on airline reservations systems, handle voice calls in English and German, and engage in some written correspondence.
The daily interactions with international passengers will require you to meet specific key performance indicators and maintain expected client service levels. This demanding and time-sensitive call center environment will challenge your skills and knowledge, making it an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Requirements- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (must be fixed line internet)
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
- Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
- Assistance to passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems & handling voice calls in English and German may include some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
- Demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
We are pleased to offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around R250,000 per annum. Additionally, we provide fully paid product and systems training, which will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. A 4-week training period will give you a comprehensive understanding of our client's systems and procedures. You will also receive a UPS solution to ensure continuity during load shedding.
Additional InformationPlease note that this role requires a high level of flexibility, as you will be working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. It is essential to have a fibre internet connection or a fixed stable ADSL line, as wireless connections are not acceptable.
