Senior Account Growth Specialist

Pronel Personnel is a dynamic and growing business seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Account Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and business retention.
You will identify and develop growth opportunities within new accounts, managing promotions and associated budgets to ensure optimal ROI and effectiveness. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential in aligning business strategies and meeting customer needs.
Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights will drive strategic decisions, enabling you to deliver presentations, proposals, and account reviews to key stakeholders. Negotiating contracts and agreements will also be a critical aspect of this role, as you work to maximize business success.
This position requires a minimum of two years' experience in account management, sales, or a related field, along with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (or equivalent qualification). A proven track record of delivering growth and success in key account management is essential.
A results-driven mindset, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, will enable you to excel in this role. The ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment is also crucial.
