Job Description:

As a CRM Presales Consultant at Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our sales teams to create innovative solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional experiences to prospects and customers throughout the engagement, acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  2. Present and demonstrate the capabilities of our end-to-end product to key stakeholders at prospects' or customers' organizations.
  3. Develop Solution Documents and Business Proposals, respond to RFQs and RFPs, and create quick proof-of-concepts, custom demos, and integrations to support sales teams in negotiating contracts and driving deal closures.
  4. Understand the software and tools ecosystems of each prospect or customer and identify optimal ways to connect our company to them.
  5. Assess customer needs and develop the best solutions through close collaboration with client POCs, sales teams, product/technology teams, delivery teams, and partner teams, as required.
  6. Gain a thorough understanding of our product/platform and stay up-to-date with new product updates, pitching them appropriately to clients based on their requirements.
  7. Stay informed about the competition landscape and their offerings across all required domains and regions.
  8. Provide continuous feedback to product development, delivery, sales teams, and partners regarding new trends and solution expectations from customers based on market demand and research.
  9. Maintain continuous engagement with technology, delivery, partners, and third-party technology vendors to drive innovations and enhancements to our product/platform, creating new opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell across various domains, business verticals, and regions.
  10. Adhere to best practices and drive process efficiencies, automations, and technology innovations.
  11. Aim to become the solution expert and go-to-person for regional sales teams to provide solutions catering to various customer demands and business needs.
  12. Build strong relationships with clients and partners, exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities for our company products or services in close collaboration with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team.
  13. Participate actively in Knowledge Sharing Sessions and Trainings for internal teams and partners.

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in a Pre-sales role, preferably in Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, or Real estate domains, or working in a CRM product organization.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, addressing key pain points of clients.
  4. High degree of expertise in making presentations, proposals, and contracts with good commercial sense.
  5. Excellent aptitude, problem-solving skills, and quick prototyping and proof-of-concept creation skills.
  6. Good exposure and experience in creating business and commercial proposals and responding to RFQs and RFPs.
  7. Passion for customer-facing roles.
  8. Ability to grasp new technologies and drive executions quickly.
  9. Good understanding of cloud-based platforms and applications.
  10. Good understanding of unique features and challenges of SaaS applications (web and mobile).
  11. Focused on delivering results with Quality and possessing the ability to multitask.
  12. Excellent work ethics and a wonderful team player and collaborator.
