Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, project coordination, and supervisory responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing small-scale facility projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. This includes supervising contractors and service providers, conducting facility inspections, and managing budgeting and cost control for facilities-related expenses.

In addition, the Facilities Specialist will maintain administrative records, including reports, contracts, and compliance documentation. They will also ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility, proactively addressing any operational challenges.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate small projects. They will also have experience managing contractors and service providers, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
