At Clicks Group Limited, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role in managing company assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe working environment at all sites, controlling and managing contractors/service providers service delivery, financial and contract compliance, and ensuring functionality of the Distribution Centre and office blocks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective management of Facilities, Contractors & Service Provider Staff and all resources and aspects relating to these departments at MGDC site
  • Assist implementation of complete safety policies and committees in accordance with OHSAct
  • Building and maintaining of process and procedures of each role within the department
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date databases are maintained and used continuously for reporting
  • Administration & Management of the Facilities and 4Me for services & facilities; in order to provide management with effective and accurate reporting
  • Effective management and training of staff
  • KPA's to be completed for all staff timeously, with indicated needs for training and development, performance management
  • Ensure professional and efficient customer contact
  • Provide monthly reports to the Department Head
  • Cost Centre accountability and management
