We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support Department at Spinnaker Software. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients in the retail industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a can-do attitude. You should be punctual, reliable, and a team player who performs well under pressure and thrives in problem-solving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist end-users with logging calls, troubleshooting, and escalating issues to relevant departments.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong foundation in IT, with A+ and N+ certification preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
