About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality media buying services to clients, including negotiating rates and contracts with media owners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, brands, and client portfolios.
  • Develop effective negotiation strategies to secure the best deals for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement approved media plans across all mediums, ensuring optimal savings and efficiency.
  • Negotiate deals in terms of price, quality, and value-added opportunities.
  • Issue chase lists to Creative Agencies and liaise with them to ensure timely execution.
  • Ensure that media schedule rates match the flowplan and check for discrepancies.
  • Supply alternative TV spots to planners and book alternatives within 48 hours.
  • Amen or cancel bookings as required by Clients, re-negotiating deals to avoid penalties.
  • Negotiate maximum compensation for non-adherence to booking parameters or poor quality reproduction.
  • Respond to ad-hoc buying requests from Clients and planners.
  • Provide Resources with all relevant documentation for billing purposes.
  • Adhere to audit and process protocol.
  • Respond to Resources queries within 48 hours.
