We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Insurance Sales Lead at The Legends Agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth and develop your leadership skills in the dynamic short-term insurance industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing our sales team, driving profitable sales volume, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all products. You will also be accountable for establishing and implementing effective sales plans, budgets, and accelerated growth strategies.

  • Drive profitable sales volume of all Momentum Insure products
  • Achieve an excellent, consistent customer experience across channel
  • Implement sales plans, budgets, and accelerated growth strategies addressing sales to external markets, South African, and public sector markets
  • Maximise channel effectiveness by applying a deep understanding of Provincial client and competitive markets and needs to execute on initiatives that will lead to greater market penetration
Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Insurance Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating the sales distribution strategic objectives, plan, and operating model to stakeholders
  • Establishing a fast and efficient lead management process
  • Ensuring effective resourcing, development, performance management, and retention plans are in place for sales teams
  • Running collaborative meetings for retail sales
  • Collating provincial specific retail tied sales information and compiling relevant reports to respective stakeholders
  • Ensuring effective risk management and governance of Momentum Insure sales
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical aid, retirement fund, and life insurance.
