We offer a competitive salary ranging from R 250,000 to R 350,000 per annum, depending on experience, making this an exciting opportunity for sales professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Develop joint business plans with key customers and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets;
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits, product information updates, and address any customer concerns promptly;
- Drive market penetration and maximize opportunities for closing sales through sound commercial discussions and negotiations;
- Identify priority products and customers in line with company strategy and provide necessary advice and information to ensure product utilization to its maximum potential;
- Plan, coordinate, and distribute promotional materials such as product profiles, brochures, leaflets, bulletins, posters, display boards, and product samples;
- Monitor and manage stock forecasting budgets and submit feedback, expense claims, and reports as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Grade 12 National Senior Certificate (essential) and a tertiary qualification, preferably a Marketing Degree (NQF 7, preferential);
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in the agricultural industry;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
