Motus Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Motus Aftermarket Parts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Achieve sales targets by building relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage counter sales effectively, maximizing customer potential and driving revenue growth.
- Plan, forecast, and report on sales performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Monitor competitor pricing and activities, staying up-to-date with market trends.
- Report all customer information regarding delivery, telesales, and account issues.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing market share in the geographical area of responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Receive and respond to inbound customer sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Matric certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales environment, preferably in the automotive sector
- Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and its products
- Technical background is desirable
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement
- In-depth product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Thorough knowledge of the geographical area of responsibility
- Good planning and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
