Administrative Portfolio Coordinator

Job Overview:
M3 Human Capital Management is seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to join their team as a Lease Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Tenant Retail Lease Portfolio Administration, filing of all communication between landlord and tenant, preparing client files for further action, follow-up phone calls, compiling and submitting tenant FICA information to landlords, and general administration related to the position.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be to the candidate's advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative position, ideally in the property industry
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) with excellent writing skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Own reliable transport or reliable travel arrangements
