The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Ecommerce Content Executive to spearhead the visual and content-driven aspects of our ecommerce site. The ideal candidate will excel in managing product data, collaborating with brands, and curating engaging content for email, social media, and the website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing: Develop compelling email campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Visual Storytelling: Curate high-quality product and campaign imagery to elevate brand storytelling.
  • Campaign Planning: Organize and execute marketing initiatives to support product launches and promotions.
  • Brand Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with supplier brands, coordinating joint campaigns and asset sharing.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee organic social media content to foster brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to maintain a cohesive online presence.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Product Data Management: Ensure accurate product information across the site.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless ecommerce strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation for ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably in health and beauty.
  • Proven proficiency in email marketing platforms with a keen eye for engaging content.
  • Skilled in managing social media platforms like Instagram, with TikTok experience being a plus.
  • Experience handling product data and imagery for ecommerce platforms, ideally across multiple brands.
  • Strong organizational skills for calendar planning and project management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on marketing-driven content.
