About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies across various audiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and key stakeholders
  • Create engaging content for digital and social media channels
  • Manage and monitor our online presence, including social media accounts
  • Measure and analyse the impact of our communication efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in communications
  • Proven experience in media relations, content creation and social media management
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans proficiency an advantage)
  • Digital and social media savvy for managing and monitoring our online presence
  • Data analysis and research skills for reporting on communication impact
  • Internal employer brand communication experience (advantageous)
  • Passion for Cape Town and attendance at industry events (reliable vehicle required)
