Job Title: Professional Cost Accountant Trainee: Financial Performance Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Trainee: Cost and Management Accounting to join our team at Bosch. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who have a strong passion for finance and a desire to learn and grow with a leading global company.

About the Role:
  • Analyse cost centre budget and forecasts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct gross margin analysis and expansion of EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) toolbox to drive business growth.
  • Perform price variance analysis to optimise pricing strategies.
  • Download and analyse cost centre data from SAP to inform business decisions.
  • Plan and forecast cost centre performance on SAP to ensure accurate projections.
  • Download and analyse profit and loss balance data to identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Create and update cycle runs to streamline business processes.
  • Value stock to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop Power BI reports to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Prepare quarterly provisions and accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Calculate and invoice costs to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma or Degree in Cost and Management Accounting.
