Key Responsibilities:

A cornerstone of Hlabahlosile's success lies in the Process Technician role. This position demands a high level of technical expertise, especially in the areas of electrical and instrumentation systems. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively, adhering to established procedures and requirements.

Expertise and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in related fields, preferably as an electrician or instrumentation technician.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and communicate professionally via email.
  • Capacity to work effectively in multi-functional teams and individually.
  • Able to adapt to flexible work hours, shifts, and overtime as required.
  • Must possess a reliable means of transportation.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Manage all Process Engineering responsibilities in accordance with established procedures, requirements, and target setting as per management decision and QM-System.
  • Control changes to products, processes, and procedures within the defined Change Management framework.
  • Lead project management for Change Management, Sampling, and Prototyping initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide production support by resolving breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime, ensuring seamless operations.
