Job DescriptionAs a Station Operations Coordinator at Rossi Business Investments, you will be responsible for:
- Full Back Office Administration: Providing administrative support to the station operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Daily Cash up Reconciliation: Reconciling daily cash transactions, verifying accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Fuel Reconciliation and Management: Balancing fuel deliveries with automatic supply replenishment, monitoring inventory levels and identifying areas for improvement.
- Petty Cash Management: Managing petty cash funds, processing expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Roster Management: Preparing staff rosters, coordinating staff schedules, and managing attendance records.
- Stock Management: Maintaining stock databases, tracking inventory levels, and monitoring stock variances.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
