Job Description

As a Station Operations Coordinator at Rossi Business Investments, you will be responsible for:

  • Full Back Office Administration: Providing administrative support to the station operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Daily Cash up Reconciliation: Reconciling daily cash transactions, verifying accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Fuel Reconciliation and Management: Balancing fuel deliveries with automatic supply replenishment, monitoring inventory levels and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Petty Cash Management: Managing petty cash funds, processing expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Roster Management: Preparing staff rosters, coordinating staff schedules, and managing attendance records.
  • Stock Management: Maintaining stock databases, tracking inventory levels, and monitoring stock variances.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
